• Access patients  record
• Go into  referrals  out
• Click electronic  referral

 

• Into search  box  type  Pat  Hartley  or Susan Ward
• Scroll down  list  then  find  –   Patricia  Hartley – Thirkill/Susan Ward  community  matrons/case  managers
• Click to  highlight
• Then click  ok
• Type referral  into  box  &  send
• We can then activate/accept
